Dispense Manifolds for High Viscosity
Reagents
One of the problems with dispensing relatively
viscous liquids, such as LSC cocktail, is the tendency for comparatively
large pendant drops to form at the tips with a deleterious effect
on reproducibility. Titertek is pleased to announce the availability
of two new dispensing manifolds (8-way for 96-well microplates,
16-way for 384s) that address this problem by using our proprietary,
durable, Teflon tapered tips that combine low resistance to flow
with a narrow exit to snap off pendant drops.
These new manifolds are alternatives to be used on any equipment
(Zoom, MAP, etc.) that uses our 8-way and 16-way manifolds. The
new manifolds are part numbers 0944242 (8-way) and 0944241 (16-way).
