Reduced Dead Volume 10 mL Syringe
A new 10 mL syringe is now available for
use with Digiflex, MAP, Zoom and Quadflex as a fully compatible
alternative to the standard 10 mL Dispensing Syringe. The new syringe
reduces the syringe's intrinsic dead volume from 1.5 mL to 0.3 mL.
It uses an ingenious L-shaped passage to allow air pressure to preferentially
express residual liquid out of the syringe when priming and reverse-pipetting
to recover unused reagent.
