Titertek has a long-established service
structure with an average of twenty-five years experience
for its factory and field service personnel. We utilize our
own staff and a network of independent service contractors
in combination allowing excellent coverage for the whole of
the United States.
Titertek provides an in-factory repair service with reasonable
rates and excellent turnaround time for current and most previously
distributed products. Telephone assistance during normal business
hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time) and after-hours and
weekend assistance is available.
