Titertek Instruments, Incorporated (Titertek)
warrants to the original purchaser that products sold by it are free
of defects in materials and workmanship and conform to the specifications
that accompany the products.
TITERTEK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT
TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer
for any liability including liability based on warranty, strict liability,
contract or otherwise is limited to the replacement or repair of the
goods.
Titertek's warranty covers parts, labor and shipping costs arising
from defects in materials and workmanship. Titertek reserves the right
to repair or replace at its sole discretion; repair on or off site
as the circumstances dictate; and to ship by a carrier and route of
its choosing.
The warranty time period for new instruments is one year from receipt.
Products sold as "second-hand", "used", "ex-demo",
"obsolete" or any equivalent, are warranted for ninety (90)
days from receipt.
Repairs and replacements are warranted for ninety (90) days (or for
the remaining product warranty period, whichever is longer).
Consumables and replaceable wear items such as tubing, syringes, valves,
etc. are warranted as regards initial condition only.
Titertek intends its products to be used by trained staff, and to
be used for their designed purpose. Improper use invalidates the warranty.
Exceptions to the terms of warranty must be obtained in writing. |
